Dear Tech:Allow me to tell you why I hung up on your redneck ass.
1) You made fun of my name. It's not that unusal of a name, seriously. I mean you are from the South, as am I. TONS of women down there share my name.
2) You asked me for my last name. There is no way in hell I would ever give that out. Not to mention, if you think my name is so "stupid" and "weird." you should automatically assume that there is only one of me in this call center and not need my last name.
3) YOU BELCHED IN MY FUCKING EAR WITHOUT SAYING EXCUSE ME. People belching on the phone is down right gross, but sometimes it just slips out without warning and I will forgive you if you say "I am so sorry!" or something along those lines. You, however continued making fun of my name without even so much as a pause.
Once I hung up on you, I watched our queue and noticed THREE other Tier 2 reps hung up on you as well. Here's a hint: If you want our help, learn some damn manners. Posted by the_ninja_style at 1:40 PM
